Sally Brooks, M.D. is an Internist and Geriatrician with over 30 years of experience caring for older adults in hospital, rehabilitation, nursing facility and outpatient care settings, including home health and hospice. Dr. Brooks has served as Chief Medical Officer for various large healthcare organizations focused on managing acute and chronic illness, recovery, and behavioral healthcare. She is a trained Pharmacist and board-certified in Internal and Geriatric Medicine. Dr. Brooks is passionate about providing support to care partners based on both her professional and personal experience.
